El Paso County Child Support Enforcement
Interstate

When a custodial parent and child live in one state and the non-custodial parent lives in another state, the case is called an interstate case. States work together to establish and enforce child support. If you are in this situation, we will work jointly with the other state to pursue establishing and/or enforcing your child support order.
