El Paso County Child Support Enforcement
Enforcing an Order (cont'd)

The best thing for the children is that the non-custodial parent pay the child support amount and/or provide medical support as ordered on a timely basis.  If this does not happen, the office has a variety of tools to enforce the order.  These include income withholding, intercepting tax returns, liens on property, asset seizure, revoking professional drivers and recreational licenses, and contempt actions.  Click here for more information.
