The best thing
for the children is that the non-custodial parent pay the child
support amount and/or provide medical support as ordered on a
timely basis. If this does not happen, the office has a
variety of tools to enforce the order. These include income
withholding, intercepting tax returns, liens on property, asset
seizure, revoking professional drivers and recreational licenses,
