If you do not have a child support case, you will need to complete an application form and give it to us.  We will then set up a child support case for you.  We accept applications  from custodial, as well as non-custodial parents.  Click here to get an application for services.  If you already have a child support case with our office, or another office, you do not need to apply for services again.
